Kingstone Civil Engineering Ltd is an established groundwork and civil engineering contracting business offering a full ground works package for housing and commercial property developers up to a maximum contract value of £2m.
Kingstone has enjoyed significant growth since its incorporation in 2002 which has been achieved through our commitment to developing long term relationships with our clients.
We operate a robust tendering process which ensures our clients know exactly what they are getting for their money and with a hands on approach by Senior Management ensures project delivery and satisfaction.
Despite the current difficult climate, we are keen to build on our success to date and expand our current client base with our focus remaining in the commercial, affordable and private housing development, education/health and leisure sectors. We also specialize in water attenuation systems and sustainable drainage solutions.
Our preference is to undertake works on a supply and fix basis using only quality plant and machinery but we will also carry out works on a labour only basis if required.

The business was established by Rudi Haubus MRICS who is a qualified Quantity Surveyor having spent the last 15 years of his career specifically in groundworks. He is ably supported by a dedicated team of construction specialists with a wealth of experience and outside professional advisors where appropriate.
